A College Planner Bundle to Get Organized This Semester
Even though it’s been a few years since I graduated college, I still remember how much easier life was with a solid planner and worksheets for my classes. Now, with my little brother-in-law heading off to university in just a few weeks, I was inspired to create something special: a College Planner Printable Bundle!
Having your own schedule and tools to stay on top of assignments, classes, and extracurriculars is a total game-changer. Whether you’re a student yourself or looking to help someone you know get organized, this bundle has everything you need to stay productive and stress-free.
What’s Included?
I’ve designed several files in various sizes to suit different planning styles, including the classic 8.5×11 Letter Size. While this bundle is perfect for larger planners or digital use, I also included pocket-sized versions (just in case!)—though they might be a bit small for heavy notetaking.
Use It Your Way
One of the best parts? These files are versatile! Not only can you print them to use in your favorite paper planner, but since they’re in JPG format, you can also add them directly to your digital planner.
Need help importing these into your digital setup? Don’t worry—I’ve got you covered! Check out this quick tutorial video [see below] to learn how to integrate them seamlessly.
Download Your College Planner Bundle
Choose the size and format that works best for you by downloading the files below. Whether you’re setting up a physical planner or going fully digital, this bundle will help you stay on top of your semester with ease.
I hope you or your favorite student finds this planner bundle as helpful as I would have during my own college days. Let me know how you use it—I’d love to hear your feedback!
If you do end up using these I would love to see pictures. Tag me on Instagram @wendafulplanning or #wendaful
In the class schedule, I have a time blocked schedule that you can fill in/color code. Towards the bottom is the class information such as where and when (I always liked seeing it in the “MWF1000-1050” way in addition to the time block).
In the course info, you can write your professor’s office hours, contact info and any classmates you may want contact info for missed homework/assignments/notes.
In the textbooks printable, you can keep track of all of the textbooks you need for each class, and if you bought it or ordered online.
There is also a weekly assignment worksheet, so you can stay on top of your homework and always remember when you have a test, paper due, or anything else!
Finally, I also included more planner stickers for you, except these are all geared towards school, specifically college. Now you can remind yourself of any quizzes, homework, midterms, papers, & when there’s no class, when you should be reading, writing that paper, or studying.

Can we no longer download these? The images are not available anymore.
Hi Amanda, I added a button where you can go directly to dropbox to see all of the downloads for this post.
Hi! I love the set up of these inserts! Do you have a suggestion of how to print them so that they are able to fold into a book? So that they then can be placed in a personal sized TN?
You would have to place these inserts onto a letter size/a4 size paper document. You can use indesign, or word. Microsoft would probably be easier, just make a new blank document, make sure its setup to be landscape, drag the inserts you want into the word document and center it.
What type of paper should be used?
I personally love this paper by hammermill. You can see how to print inserts easily on pre-cut paper here in this post.
what printable size should i use for an a6 planner :))
Thank you so much for the stickers! It's lovely!
Thank you for these free printables!! It's really great!
I wish I knew how to print stickers at home! These are so awesome! I'm really new to all of this!
Love your blog!!! Thank you so much for these printables, I've been searching for something like this for so long!
These are great.
I love the stickers!! They are exactly what I need but i was wondering is there any way to edit them so that quiz and homework due have more space between them?? I have some 80 count sticker sheets i was trying to print them on, or is there another i should print them on??
which printable size do you think would be best for an erin condren life planner?
It's in between the full size and an A5. So maybe you can just use the full size and print it at a smaller percentage like instead of 100% try 5-80%?
Whoops 75-80%**
