Hi Friends!
I’ve created a paycheck budgeting printable to help keep our finances on track. I know the monthly versions can be overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to track all your expenses over a full month. That was definitely the case for me—I found it hard to stay consistent, so I decided to simplify things. Hopefully, this new layout will work better for us, and maybe it’ll work for you too!
This printable is designed to be simple, straightforward, and easy to use. I’ve even color-coded it in pastel shades to make it not only functional but also cute and visually pleasing—because budgeting should feel a little less like a chore, right?
Table of Contents
What’s Included
I’ve made sure to include a variety of sizes and formats so you can choose the one that fits your planner setup best.
- All-in-One Page Versions
- Two-Page Insert Versions
Please do NOT share the actual file or file link. Instead send your friends here to download my free printables, thanks!
You can download whichever version works best for your needs. Personally, I prefer the two-page layout for my planner—it gives me more space to write (which is perfect since my handwriting tends to be on the larger side) and makes everything easier to read at a glance.
How to Use It in Your Planner
Here’s how I set it up in my own planner:
- Print It Double-Sided: Follow my printing instructions here to ensure everything aligns perfectly.
- Hole Punch Correctly: Be sure to hole punch on the right side of the page so it fits snugly in your planner.
- Insert and Start Planning: Add it to your favorite binder, rings, or disc system and start using it right away.
Why This Printable Makes Budgeting Easier
Since I started using this printable, budgeting has felt less like a chore and more like a simple routine. Breaking things down by paycheck means I’m focusing on smaller, more actionable steps instead of feeling overwhelmed by the bigger picture. The pastel color-coding makes it visually appealing, which helps keep me motivated to stick to it.
