Hey everyone! Welcome back to the blog! Today, I’m super excited to share a detailed look at my A5 Filofax setup for the rest of 2024. If you caught my last post, you know I recently unboxed my A5 Filofax Norfolk. Now, let’s dive into how I’ve set it up to keep me organized and on track!

My setup will definitely change when 2025 comes around, especially since I got some cloth and paper inserts. But for now, here’s what’s in my Filofax:

Opening Up My Filofax

  • Crystal Clear Sleeve: From cloth and paper, perfect for my reflection cards. I have daily, weekly, and monthly reflections here.
  • Dashboard: Featuring my 2024 inserts. It includes monthly and yearly pages, and holidays sections right at the beginning.

Sections in My Filofax

  1. Inbox:
    • Appointments Printable: Quick jot down important dates and times before scheduling them into the calendar.
  2. Calendar:
    • Labels from Cloth and Paper: Bright foiled green, simple, and clear. They are also removable!
    • Yearly Planner for 2025: Includes a yearly project tracker.
    • Annual Goal Planner: Breaks down top goals for the year, quarterly focus, and monthly goals.
    • Quarterly Planning and Review Pages
    • Monthly and Weekly Inserts: Switching from my own beige-themed inserts to cloth and paper weekly inserts soon.
    • Clip for Easy Navigation: Clips my monthly and weekly pages together to easily flip between them.
  3. House Section:
    • When Did I Last? Inserts: Tracking tasks like cleaning the fridge, changing the Keurig filter, etc.
    • Cleaning Trackers: Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
    • Fly Lady Cleaning Schedule Tracker: Includes routines and zones, one of my Etsy shop’s top sellers.

  4. Self Care Section:
    • Healthy Habits Log: Track daily activities with cute icons.
    • Alternative Habit Trackers: Horizontal layout for daily and weekly habits.
    • Workout Tracker: Monthly overview of workouts.
    • Year in Pixels Trackers: For mood, screen time, exercise, anything!

    • 30-Day Challenge Trackers: For workouts, planning, clean sink, meditation.
  5. Business Tracking Section:
    • Volante Dashboard: Cloth and paper design, perfect for tracking business progress.
    • Multiple Streams of Income, Monthly and Yearly Expenses Tracking
    • Affiliate Tracking, Sales, Contractor Expenses, and Advertising Tracker
  6. Budget Section:
    • Monthly Bills and Variable Budget Printable
    • Cloth and Paper Finances Worksheets: Track spending, bills, subscriptions, income, savings, debt, and monthly reflections.
  7. Projects:
    • Workflow Checklists: Track steps for YouTube videos and new product ideas.
    • Priority Tracker: Use for brain dumps and categorize tasks as high, medium, or low priority.
  8. Lists and Notes:

Conclusion

In the back pocket, I keep reflection cards, task cards, and some journey cards for decoration, and a picture. I also use removable tabs for easy navigation, labeled for inbox, calendar, house, self-care, tracker, and note sections. Side tabs are used for fitness, budget, projects, and priority sections.
