It’s that time of year again. This year I decided to make the 2019 yearly printable planner insert a bit more useful. I’ve added a couple of lines beneath each month so you can plan out important events and really see how your year will look at a glance!

I like to plan out my year with big events going on each month before planning out my goals and business to do’s. This planner will help me to see when during the year I will have the most time to work on big projects or launch a brand new product. I hope you find it just as useful as I do.

Automating Calendars

Making these annual calendars every year really takes me only minutes to make now because of a new method of dating and automating calendars. I use Adobe InDesign to design my inserts but it can be hard to learn alone. I always thought I can be self-taught but even after years of using it I still did not use it its full potential.

That’s until I stumbled upon SpruceRd.com. She has this course where she teaches you the things you need to learn to create your own planner inserts. In this course, she walks you step-by-step on designing annual, monthly, weekly calendars and how to date it AUTOMAGICALLY. Dating isn’t the only cool thing though, through her course I’ve learned shortcuts to making lists, using paragraph and character styles to switch up my design easily and so much more!

If you’ve been looking to EASILY design your inserts yet still make it look super profesh..then I absolutely, 100% recommend you take this class!

So that’s how I’ve been able to make these planners year after year without taking too much time. All I do is just switch up the design and fonts and resize and export it all.
