I used to think I was organized because I had a planner, sticky notes, a Google Drive folder somewhere, and a pretty binder labeled “Important Stuff.”

Why I Switched to a Digital Household Hub

Now it’s all under the “School” list in one place — even usernames and passwords.
Example 3: Travel
We travel often, and keeping up with passport info, booking confirmations, or even notes like “Airbnb code is in email from June 3” used to drive me insane.
I now just dump it all into my “Travel Info” list in ClickUp and access it from my phone when we’re at the airport or hotel.
